ESTUDO DE MANUTENÇÃO DE BOMBA CENTRÍFUGA COM USO EM INDÚSTRIA

This work has the purpose to present briefly the concept of centrifugal pump and its operation in theory as well as the definitions of the types of maintenance, namely corrective, preventive and predictive, with a focus on Total Productive Maintenance. Starting from these concepts by presenting a specific model of centrifugal pump, the aspects related to maintenance of this equipment will be presented, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance, also addressing issues of reliability centered maintenance. Aspects of the impact of failures will be addressed through verification of their occurrence and the cause / effect relationship, and the data presented in graphs and tables schematics. The necessary preventive maintenance on the pump analysis procedures, conditions and time needed related to these procedures will be presented.
