O USO DE TÉCNICAS DE PESQUISA OPERACIONAL PARA MEDIR A EFICIÊNCIA DE UM SOFTWARE DE ROTEIRIZAÇÃO

This study aims to compare the results of a commercial routing software with traditional techniques of operations research in defining routes, based on urban deliveries within the eastern city of São Paulo area through the operation of a logistics operator large. To perform this work will be used concepts of operations research found in literature review and information about the LINDO 6.1 and RoadShow software. The case study aims to verify which of the cases routes are obtained with optimized best goals providing the shortest path between delivery points and the minimum time between them using techniques of linear programming.
