ACURACIDADE PESQUISA DO PERFIL DO COLABORADOR INTRAEMPREENDEDOR NA EMPRESA “X”

Abstract

Focused on how intrapreneurs are the employees of company “X”, this article highlights the pulp and paper segment in Brazil and in the world and tells about fundamental passages in the history of the organization. In this article, it is conceptualized the Management Model that the company adopts concerning the guidelines and strategies with its collaborators based on some consolidated theories. The article conceptualizes and explains the research method used, wich is the data collection by sample, reporting about the elaboration of a questionnaire for the administrative sector of Company “X” composed of 15 that were available questions through the Google Forms tool. Thus, with the questionnaire based on David McClelland's theory of behavior, we identified the level of influence on the development of the intra-entrepreneur profile of the collaborators of the researched organization that agreed to answer the questionnaire, allowing the elaboration of graphs to analyze the profiles.
