PROPOSTA DE CONTROLE DE ESCOPO POR MEIO DA ESTRUTURA ANALÍTICA DO PROJETO (EAP): ESTUDO DE CASO

Abstract

This paper elucidates the application of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and addresses the control analysis scope in a company's educational arm. The main objective is to demonstrate ways to use the WBS and indicate a parallel way to enable its deployment in control of projects of a company teaching, demonstrating the company's current practice and possible enhancement proposal. For this bibliographic research on the topic and qualitative case study of a company active in the market were made. The results of the research show that the control scope already used in the institution attend to expectative, but can be improved from a more analytical and illustrative use of EAP for a better control and design quality. In terms of gain, it is noticed how easy is to interpret the project and how the level of failures decreases, it is hard to measure financial gains because each project is unique.
