Abstract

Knowledge management strategies are crucial factors for organizations. This article considers knowledge sharing to occur between working groups for the dissemination of good practices, or even the provision of manuals, or regulation of activities. Therefore, the objective of this study was to identify the factors that influence knowledge sharing in the knowledge management of organizations. The methodology used was a literature review with a total of 38 articles analyzed. The results pointed out some influencing factors, among them the Organizational Culture, the Organizational Structure and the Information Technology (IT), which were the focus of this study. It was concluded that the agencies should emphasize participatory management as a means of promoting flexibility and encouraging sharing and collaboration within and across organizational boundaries, in addition to showing that the use of IT is an important factor for employees in knowledge management.
