MELHORIA NA AQUISIÇÃO DE FERRAMENTAS NO PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM EM UMA PEQUENA EMPRESA DE MANUFATURA

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of one of the improvement actions resultingfrom a set of alternatives defined by a framework generated using management tools: Problem Structuring Methods (PSM) and Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methods (MCDM) in a company with weak production processes. The implementation of this action aimed to improve the tool acquisition and control process through suggestions provided by experts identified based on their involvement in the process. Based on this, an action plan was developed. The implemented actions were considered essential for establishing a standardized, traceable, and efficient tool acquisition and control process, seeking to reduce failures, delays, and rework in the production process. The implementation of the five actions proved to be quite effective in addressing the problem. Among the actions, we can highlight the creation of an item control and verification procedure and the development and implementation of a tool accuracy indicator.
