This article presents a theoretical discussion to analyze the impact of individual transport companies on public transport and urban mobility in the pandemic scenario that is plaguing the world.
In a scenario where the pandemic by COVID 19 reaches the whole world, it is necessary to adapt the forms of locomotion and mobility by all means of transport, and more emphatically in public transport due to its operational characteristics.
In contrast, the market reacts with the emergence of the Maas Mobility as a service concept, which in literal translation means the concept of understanding mobility as an opportunity to be offered, which is characterized by the infinity of opportunities generated by need for displacement, through the use of intelligence and large databases.
