A GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL EM TEMPO DE PANDEMIA COVID 19: UM OLHAR SOBRE A GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL NO MUNICÍPIO DE SUZANO- SP

Abstract

This article aims to present an excerpt of a  descriptive study about the actions carried out by the Municipal Education Secretariat of Suzano (SME) in fighting the Pandemic – COVID 19, presented at the 1st International Conference on Basic Education – Brazil-Portugal – Cabo Verde , specifically with regard to the actions carried out by the SME so that basic education school activities could be continued from the beginning of the social isolation that occurred in March 2020 until June 2021. The study addresses the actions developed in the remote teaching of two municipal schools Suzano, namely: EM CAIC and EM Albano Costa. It was possible to observe in this study that although the Pandemic has had a huge impact on the educational processes of teaching-learning and management of the educational system in the municipality, it also revealed that an educational management based on an active democratic model concerned with quality of life of all the social actors involved in the complex educational processes that involve educational management and the didactic-pedagogical actions of the public school system, allowed the educational praxis as a whole to take place significantly, as well as promoted our forms of mediated family interaction by the use of Communication and Information Technologies, which have proved to be instruments that favor both the didactic processes and the family-school interaction
