In recent years, with the continuous increase in competitiveness between organizations, and the need to reduce the maximum costs in the production process, it is essential for companies to find measures to meet customer expectations for product delivery, fulfillment services, and still meet quality standards. For this reason managers of organizations to remain competitive in the market increasingly use the development and implementation of systems that assist in the management of supply chain management and the use of software that perform much of the routing and transport systems. In this context, the main objective of this paper is to analyze and identify a system that allows obtaining the optimal decision Transport Modal will be used for delivery of electronic components in Argentina. The rationale for this project is to illustrate the degree of effectiveness in the procedures used to choose the best modal system. There are five types of modes of transport; they are rail, air, waterway, road and Pipeline. Will also be presented advantages and disadvantages, which have higher and lower costs, its facilities and difficulties for use with the type of product / goods to be transported.
