DIAGNOSIS IN THE WEIGHING CENTER OF A PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Abstract

The constant and rapid evolution of industrial processes, intensified by technological development, forces companies to adapt and work with ever smaller margins of failure. Then comes the demand for quality management as an important way to achieve continuous process improvement and gain commercial advantage. Therefore, this work aims to propose a diagnosis of improvements in the Weighing Center of a pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the work proposes to carry out the mapping of processes, the identification of failures and their respective causes, as well as the elaboration of an action plans. The work was developed in a pharmaceutical industry located in the city of Anápolis, in the state of Goiás. The methodology used consisted of using Brainstorming and the Verification Sheet to analyze the main problems, followed by process mapping in order to better understand the process itself, in addition to using the Ishikawa Diagram to discover the root causes, the GUT matrix to prioritize the main causes and 5W1H to make the action plan. The aim of this work is to provide subsidies for the company in question to implement the action plan and achieve better results.
