ANÁLISE SOBRE O IMPACTO DA ROTEIRIZAÇÃO EM UMA PIZZARIA DE ALTO FLUXO

O presente estudo abordará os assuntos relacionados a roteirização e conceitos básicos de custos logísticos. O trabalho será baseado em uma pizzaria localizada na zona leste de São Paulo, no bairro de Guaianases, a qual atualmente não possui um planejamento adequado e eficiente para a gestão de suas entregas, contando apenas com análises superficiais em sistemas de GPS comuns.
Aplicando o sistema Routeasy para auxiliar na determinação das rotas, o presente estudo busca analisar se a empresa conseguiria otimizar e reduzir a quantidade de quilômetros gasta nos percursos de entrega, fator que consequentemente diminuiria os custos variáveis logísticos, ampliando margens de lucro.
