Abstract

When you research about entrepreneurship teaching, it was noticed that the role of educational institutions in the promotion of entrepreneurship is not singular, being attached to different approaches and existent spaces not always perceived as part of an ecosystem that promotes this kind of behavior. This research aims to present the existing spaces for teaching entrepreneurship in Brazilian universities and to propose an initial picture of the ecosystem of the teaching of entrepreneurship, with the purpose of having future researches being able to test it and improve it. It is an exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, that investigated 5 among the main Brazilian universities. Besides the secondary data collection, in-depth interviews with entrepreneurship teachers were also included. The analysis of the results showed that several spaces are possible inside educational institutions for the teaching and promotion of entrepreneurship, among them, laboratory disciplines, centers, incubators and nucleus. Other agents also proved existents, such as government, accelerators and promoting institutions. The research is justified by the theoretical-empirical convergence on the subject. It contributes to institutions that aim to improve their entrepreneurship teachings and with future researchers who would want to give continuity to the proposal presented.
