RESEARCH OF SATISFACTION CARRIED OUT IN A COOPERATIVE OF THE INTERIOR OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the level of satisfaction of the members of cooperative A, that works in the health area providing medical and dental services. However, the cooperative believes that in order to implement improvements in its services, it is necessary to know the level of satisfaction of the cooperative members and where there are points to shortages and, with that, they can implement improvements in their services, offering quality. Considering all of this, a case study was carried out, applying a semi-structured questionnaire to the cooperative in the headquarters of cooperative A, located in the inland of São Paulo state, where each one expressed theis opinion about it. After collecting all the questionnaires, a survey of the results was performed, and people's correlation analysis showed a remarkable efficiency in the work done by the cooperative. The present study concludes a high level of education of the employees to always maintain the best care.
