This work is to compare routing software free and paid, in the case of urban deliveries within the East Zone of the City of São Paulo, the case study aims to verify which of the software optimizes the efficiency with better route where the vehicle should use, offering the shortest path between delivery points and the shortest time between them using techniques of linear programming. To perform this work will be ultilizado concepts of Operations Research and the support of software Gorgeous and RoadShow the Routing company.
