Abstract

The pursuit of customer satisfaction is one of the key functions and one of the most important issues within organizations. With the world increasingly globalized and concerned about environmental issues, intuitions have been looking for ways to bring a greener view into organizations. One of these activities is the reverse logistics that has been growing around the world trying to approach a more environmentally correct character. However, despite the search to implement this activity, there are still major difficulties to be faced. Due to this, the present work has as objective to investigate about these main barriers of the practice of reverse logistics in the Santa Catarina scenario by means of the application of questionnaire in certain companies of the region that have this type of active practice. The results demonstrate mainly that the financial investment is a present barrier in all the companies respondents as well as several other barriers were demonstrated present in the companies studied.
