FATORES QUE INFLUENCIAM O COMPARTILHAMENTO DE CONHECIMENTO NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES

As estratégias de gerenciamento de conhecimento são fatores cruciais para as organizações. Este artigo considera o compartilhamento de conhecimento aquele que ocorre entre grupos de trabalho para disseminação de boas práticas, ou mesmo a disponibilização de manuais, ou regulamentação das atividades. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi identificar os fatores que influenciam o compartilhamento de conhecimento na gestão de conhecimento das organizações. A metodologia utilizada foi uma revisão da literatura com um total de 38 artigos analisados. Os resultados apontaram alguns fatores influenciadores, dentre eles a Cultura Organizacional, a Estrutura Organizacional e a Tecnologia da Informação (TI), que foram o foco desse estudo. Concluiu-se que os órgãos devem enfatizar uma gestão participativa como um meio de promover a flexibilidade e incentivar o compartilhamento e colaboração dentro e através dos limites organizacionais, além de evidenciar que o uso da TI é um importante fator para os funcionários na gestão do conhecimento.
