This article aims to analyze the role of leadership in organizations and their influence to the motivation of the team, which demonstrates the importance of having a true leader, who can influence and motivate their followers. The reflections were constituted in the role of leader of the contribution to the team management and motivation of management, highlighting the importance of staff motivation and contribution to organizations. Some authors such as Miranda and Ferreira permeated the realization of this article as well as Kondo ideas, Bergamini, Mussak, among others, for the role of leadership before the team's motivation has been set up as a major challenge for companies and managers, who during its activities should seek new way to motivate the whole team, seeking better results.
