FRAMEWORK P.E.N.S.A.: UMA PROPOSIÇÃO METODOLÓGICA PARA A EDUCAÇÃO EXECUTIVA MEDIADA POR INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL.

Resumo

A expansão da Inteligência Artificial Generativa vem transformando a forma como organizações produzem conhecimento, analisam informações e apoiam processos decisórios, impondo novos desafios à formação de executivos e lideranças. Embora a literatura apresente contribuições relevantes sobre Inteligência Artificial na educação, metodologias ativas, aprendizagem baseada em problemas e aprendizagem experiencial, ainda são relativamente limitadas as propostas metodológicas especificamente orientadas à integração desses elementos em contextos de Educação Executiva. Diante dessa lacuna, este artigo apresenta o conceito de Executive AI Learning e propõe o Framework P.E.N.S.A. — Provocar, Explorar, Navegar, Solucionar e Aprender —, uma proposição metodológica concebida para estruturar experiências de aprendizagem centradas em problemas organizacionais e mediadas por Inteligência Artificial. A pesquisa possui natureza qualitativa, teórico-propositiva e conceitual, fundamentando-se em revisão interdisciplinar da literatura e síntese de referenciais relacionados à Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas, ao Método do Caso, à Aprendizagem Experiencial, à Prática Reflexiva, à Aprendizagem Organizacional e à Inteligência Artificial como tecnologia cognitiva. O framework organiza a aprendizagem executiva em cinco etapas interdependentes, com definição explícita dos papéis do professor, dos participantes e da IA, além da produção de artefatos intermediários que apoiam a evolução do problema à decisão e da decisão à aprendizagem. Sua operacionalização é ilustrada por cinco casos executivos fictícios, desenvolvidos para representar diferentes desafios organizacionais, sem pretensão de validação empírica nesta etapa da pesquisa. A contribuição do estudo reside na integração e operacionalização de fundamentos pedagógicos consolidados em uma arquitetura metodológica voltada à Educação Executiva mediada por IA. Como proposição teórico-metodológica, o Framework P.E.N.S.A. oferece uma base conceitual e operacional passível de aplicação e adaptação, estabelecendo fundamentos para futuras investigações empíricas sobre seus efeitos em programas de MBA, Educação Corporativa e desenvolvimento de lideranças.
