AS TECNOLOGIAS DA INDÚSTRIA 5.0 APLICADA EM GERENCIAMENTO DE ARMAZÉM: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumen

The increasingly intense interaction between humans and machines, driven by continuous technological progress and the integration of intelligent systems in contemporary society, reflects the main objective of the industry 5.0 concept. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to identify which Industry 5.0 technologies are being applied in warehouse management. For this purpose, the research methodology was adopted, which is based on a literature review, following the PRISMA-P protocol. The articles were consulted through the Scopus and Web of Science research databases. A careful selection was carried out to define the articles, adopting inclusion criteria, and an analysis was conducted to achieve the objectives of this study. The results showed a predominance of the use of Robots (Cobots) technology, which are robots that perform a collaboration during the activities of human beings. This technology can be applied in various activities in warehouses to generate a more agile process. However, there is application of other advanced technologies in the context of industry 5.0 such as Internet of Things (IOT), Digital Twins (DT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Augmented Reality (AR) and Machine Learning in different areas of warehouse management.
