Abstract

Change Management (MOC) emerged as a response to the challenges faced by industries in the 80s and 90s, when an inadequate approach resulted in industrial accidents. This system, also known as Management of Change, is one of the 12 essential tools for process safety, establishing policies and procedures to ensure that changes do not cause deviations in safety parameters, loss of oversight, or potential accidents. Given this scenario, the critical importance of MOC in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of industrial operations is evident. Therefore, it is proposed to create a comprehensive form that incorporates all essential information for the safe and effective application of MOC, adaptable to different needs and industrial contexts. This tool can standardize and optimize the change management process, promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence in industries.
