Abstract

One of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic was the acceleration of the Digital Transformation process, with this, it is necessary to analyze the business models applicable to digital companies. In this paper, the Digital Business Model is applied, and the threats, business model, competitive advantage, capabilities and leadership will be analyzed in relation to Nubank Digital Business Model. Due to its differentiated business model, the quality of service provided, the customization offered to customers, Nubank has achieved a prominent position in the Brazilian market and has been consolidating a growing and loyal customer base.
