DINÂMICAS SOCIOTÉCNICAS DO REUSO DE EQUIPAMENTOS ELETRÔNICOS E SEUS IMPACTOS NA INCLUSÃO DIGITAL E NA SUSTENTABILIDADE UM ESTUDO DE CASO

Resumo

O presente estudo analisa o papel do reuso tecnológico na promoção da inclusão digital, da economia circular e da inovação sociotécnica em contextos comunitários, a partir de um estudo de caso do projeto MetaCriar Sorocaba. A pesquisa adota abordagem qualitativa, de natureza descritivo-exploratória, fundamentada em análise documental, observação direta e entrevistas semiestruturadas, com triangulação de dados e tratamento por análise de conteúdo. Os resultados evidenciam que práticas estruturadas de triagem, recondicionamento e desmontagem permitem reinserir parcela significativa de equipamentos eletrônicos em novos ciclos de uso, contribuindo para a retenção de valor e a redução de resíduos. No plano operacional, observa-se eficiência técnica relevante, associada à utilização de bancos de peças e à organização das rotinas de manutenção. No plano social, os dados indicam ampliação do acesso a tecnologias digitais e formação de competências técnicas entre os participantes, configurando processos de inclusão digital baseados na aprendizagem prática. No plano ambiental, destaca-se a mitigação da geração de resíduos eletrônicos por meio da extensão da vida útil dos dispositivos. Entretanto, a análise também revela limitações estruturais, incluindo dependência de doações, necessidade de destinação adequada de rejeitos e desafios relacionados à continuidade das atividades. Conclui-se que o reuso tecnológico, quando articulado a práticas comunitárias e educativas, constitui estratégia relevante para integrar sustentabilidade, inclusão e inovação social, embora sua consolidação dependa de maior sistematização, governança e integração institucional.

Possui graduação em Tecnologia em Polímeros pela Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sorocaba (2011), graduação em Tecnologia em Logística pela Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sorocaba (2015), graduação em Tecnologia em Gestão da Qualidade pela Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sorocaba (2023), graduação em Engenharia de Produção pelo Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio (2022) e graduação em Gestão Empresarial pela Faculdade de Tecnologia de Itu (2017). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Produção, com ênfase em Garantia de Controle de Qualidade, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: logística reversa, sustentabilidade, reciclagem, pneus inservíveis e coleta seletiva.
